Shlok can be described, to use just one buzzword, as a true STEAM person. (For more buzzwords, you’d have to go to his LinkedIn). He is passionate about technology, writing, and films.
An app developer, website designer, musician, and writer, Shlok Sharma is the founder of IvyOdds, a college chance predictor, for which he created the website and iOS app.
Shlok designed the website for American Music Academy that provides music lessons to students across the globe, and Make Everyone A Bookworm, a foundation that organizes online book competitions for children.
Shlok also developed content for Gladiators of Communication: an organization centered on helping students with their public speaking skills.
While he was in high school at the Loomis Chaffee School, he founded STEM for KIDS, a program that introduced elementary and middle school students to the wonders of science. This program still continues to this day.
While at Loomis Chaffee, he was also the President of the South Asian Society, the Founder and President of the Cooking Club, and the Web Editor-in-Chief and Web Designer of the Log (the school newspaper). He revived the Loomis Film Festival, wrote and acted in plays and films, and was chosen to represent his class as the commencement speaker at his school’s graduation ceremony.

At Wesleyan University, he is pursuing a major in computer science, pursuing his interest in public speaking and acting through his extracurricular involvements, and continuing to write and help produce films and theater productions.
He has also published a children’s book based on Ayn Rand’s Fountainhead called The Amazing Chocolate Fountainhead, available on Amazon.
